Who doesn't love froyo bars??? These bars are so easy to make and take less than 20 minutes. A healthy sweet treat to enjoy after a meal and kids love this too. Whether you want to eat this as a dessert, snack or breakfast, you can’t go wrong with these bars.

Ingredients

         Base

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ⅛ cup cacao powder
  • ⅛ cup peanut butter 
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup 

.        Top

  • 1 cup vegan yogurt (used @nancy’syogurt)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

         Spice sprinkle

  • Ginger powder, cinnamon and cardamom

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the base layer, mix everything together and spread it even on a pan.
  2. Place it in the freezer while you prepare the top layer
  3. For the top layer, mix everything together and spread it evenly on top of the base 
  4. Sprinkle the spices on top, swirl the spice with a fork
  5. Place it back it the freezer for about 20-25 mins
  6. If it is still liquid, place it back in the freezer until it hardens
