This is a free 20 minute consultation where we will take the time to get to know each other. This will provide me with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of your health concerns and wellness goals. It will also give you a chance to learn more about me, my coaching style, and how I can support you on your journey towards optimal health. We will discuss your current health status, any challenges you are facing, and what you hope to achieve through working with me. This information will help me determine if we are the right fit for each other and if I can support you in reaching your goals.
In this 90-minutes intensive one-on-one coaching session, we will delve into the root of your main concern that is challenging you. We will develop a personalized plan that suits your needs and establish a SMART goal that aligns with your agenda. Additionally, we will engage in powerful mindfulness practices and explore your strengths and values. As your health coach, I will provide you with the resources you need to succeed, and you will have email and text access to me for one week following our session for accountability, encouragement, and celebrating success.
This program aims to help you develop a strong relationship with yourself, your body, and the foods you eat. We will meet twice a month for 60 minutes and work together to overcome obstacles, formulate achievable action plans, and achieve your goals. I understand that change doesn't happen overnight, and I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your commitments. As your coach, I will also provide you with resources that I believe will be beneficial to your goals, even when we are not in our coaching sessions. At the end of the program, you will receive a personalized gift from me as a symbol of your progress and hard work.
This program aims to improve your self-confidence, heal your relationship with food, build healthy and sustainable habits that will become second nature to you, find purpose, happiness, and enhance your overall well-being, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We will meet twice a month for 60 minutes. We will explore the wellness wheel in-depth, which includes the 12 dimensions of life. I understand that change does not happen overnight, and six months is the right amount of time to make progress and witness changes. We will work together to create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you find balance unique to your needs.Throughout the journey, you will have my full commitment and support. You will have access to my phone number, and I'll be available for 5-minute phone calls or text for check-ins once a week on weekdays. As your coach, I will also provide you with resources that I believe will be beneficial to your goals, even when we are not in our coaching sessions. At the end of the program, you will receive a personalized gift from me as a symbol of your progress and hard work.
